One day I awoke to a voice loud in my spirit. I knew it wasn't me, because I hadn't really woken all the way up yet, I hadn't really had a first morning thought. The voice said "Greeting Card Writer". I was putting ideas together with scripture and photographs, but hadn't found a platform yet how to express what I was doing.
A lot of my work symbolize my new walk with Christ and what I've learned and the way I feel towards Him. I can not hold myself back from expressing myself this way. He is my passion. God has used the worst moments in my life to help others through their hard times. I am honored to be used this way. When you see a card or a photo I've designed, there's usually a story behind it and a personal experience with God's living word. I hope you enjoy my work and are touched by it.
Even though I was lost in sin, God was reaching out to me. I had always believed I was
a "good person", why do I need Jesus? It wasn't until I had totally messed up my life,
I finally started to look up. When you're at the bottom, there's only one way to look.
I found myself in desperate need. I had given up on life as I knew it. What do I got
to lose? I've lost everything. My way is not working. What if it's true? What if Jesus
did die for my sins and is still alive? If you are not sure, just ask God to show you if
it's true. Ask Him to give you a new life and a new start and make you a new creation.
I am living proof that a mess can become a message. I have been Forgiven Much.
FORGIVEN MUCH
Jesus was invited to eat dinner at a Pharisee's {teacher of religious law} home. A woman known in the town for her many sins heard Jesus was there and came to him. The Pharisees rebuked Jesus for allowing the sinful woman to touch him, but Jesus saw her broken heart and hope of mercy. Her tears fell upon Jesus' feet. "Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven-for she loved much. But he who has been forgiven little loves little."
Jesus was abandoned, abused and betrayed by the government, the people, the church and His own friends. Those who did not know Him misrepresented Him, even called Him demon posessed; yet He healed the sick, raised the dead, and cast out devils. An unholy man could not have done these things; His enemies knew this.
No other God came to earth as a human to save us from our sin. Jesus is the only God who died for you. No other God would do that. He took our punishment in His death and nailed it to the cross. He has won victory over the grave. All we have to do is accept what He's already done for us. Nothing to lose, just believe.
